Visiting the website
The website runs on our hosting provider's servers. On every visit the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the time of the visit, the page viewed and the browser type. These records keep the website secure and help fix errors, and they are kept for a limited time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and third-party services
- We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track what you do on the website.
- Fonts and the map are loaded from our own server, so browsing the website does not send your data to Google or other services.
- The only cookie is used to log our staff in to the website's admin area.
- If you click a link to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram or Messenger, you open a service that handles data under its own rules.
Bookings and messages
When you contact us by phone, email, Instagram or Messenger, we process the details you send, such as your name, contact, date and number of people. We use them only to handle your booking, team event or question. Instagram and Messenger are run by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. under its own terms. For company events we issue invoices, which we must keep as required by accounting and tax law.
Photos from events
We sometimes take photos at our events and publish them in the gallery on this website and on our social media. If you are in a photo and would like it removed, let us know and we will take it down.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, or to restrict its processing, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
